Multiple Action Penalty

Time and Space place their limits on everyone

Each turn/round, a player is permitted one action.  A second action taken will incur a penalty of -1D to the success of both actions.  Each additional action subtracts an additional 1D.  A player may move at a normal pace while taking an action, the distance covered is considered "one turn" away from the starting point.  A player may forgo other actions and move at an all out top speed sprint.  This results in being "two turns" away from the starting point.  A player moving at top speed has a +2 added to their difficulty to be hit.  Certain skills such as the bladesman's Quicksilver or the marksman's Shoot From The Hip or Shot On The Run affect the Multiple Action Penalty.
