 Melee weapons are divided into slashing weapons, polearms, piercing weapons, clubs/maces, staves, and whips.

The following chart assumes the average weapon to be bronze alloy if bladed, a stone head if a club or mace, and a wooden handle.  The second figure listed is price, the j represents jofya, the unit of currency.
