Oh The Places You'll Go...
Mela
Ir Alatha - The capital of the Council of Dafsomet , global metropolis, and major cultural center. Population= 8,000 with probably 5,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Aefina - A busy tradeport at the base or a delta, it is the largest shipping center for the northern isles. Population= 1,000 with probably 1,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Kharamet - Mela's oldest port, its ancient stone piers are the favored port of the League of Free Trade. Population= 1,500 with probably 800 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Beeasarin - Just coming into its own as a major tradeport, its functional layout was designed by a Terathi exile. Population= 1000 with probably 800 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Sadina
Ir Sadina - Hewn in heavy dark stone, the semi-gothic walls of Ir Sadina have long reflected the attitudes of its inhabitants.Population= 5,000 with probably 1,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Anubeth - Sadina's rough port city is composed almost entirely of dock structure built on old pilings and partially flooded. Population= 2,000 with probably 500 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Teres
Sargon - The military academies of Sargon churn out many of the world's toughest soldiers and the city knows it. Population= 3,000 with probably 1,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Tidoshan - The capital of the Terathi Collective, the highly structured city is also home to a famous combat ring. Map. Population= 6,000 with probably 1,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Dameree
Ir Renisa - The major intellectual center of the islands, Ir Renisa has long been the sanctuary of many of history's thinkers. Population= 7,000 with probably 3,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Nupiat - Seeing themselves as separate from the outside world, Nupiat is probably the most prestigious city in the world. Population= 1,500 with probably 300 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Astelan
Kio - Begun as an artists commune, this Bohemian city is a home to many free spirits and thrill seekers. Population= 1,500 with probably 2,000 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Milotho
Thisitan - The pastoral island of Milotho has long brought its produce, wool, and other goods to market in Thisitan's port. Population= 800 with probably 800 more in the city who live elsewhere.
Other towns and villages will range from 20 people to 600 people with the amount of people from elsewhere not surpassing that except in extreme circumstances. (Such as some small villages in the Trobian Archepelago that draw large amounts of thrill seekers and wealthy vacationers, or areas with small populations that have major festival sites.) Towns listed on the map are those large enough to posses at least one inn.
Additionally, here is a completely lifted, unedited list of places one could find within a city. Granted some of these may not exist in Alatha. Its just here for ideas if you need a place within a city. Ill edit it as I get time.
