This is what a basic character template looks like.  The blank bottom section is for a brief write up of the character, past history, personality, motivations, anything notable.  The top right section was originally for a picture, we'll see how that goes...  Abilities, written in how many dice one has in any given area, are written below which of the six stats they correspond with. 

 The Character's Possession sheet looks like this, feel free to erase lots and use as many of these as necessary, thats why there is little ink.
